Born on October the 9th 1982, Peter Doest was practically born with a drum in his hand. His obsession with drums continued throughout is childhood and the budding percussionist soon got his first drum kit.

His musical career began as a student at the local music education Crescendo in Voorthuizen, where he is now employed as a teacher.

During his teenage years, Peter developed his natural talent as a member of several bands and gospel-choirs, which gave him the oppertunity to play different styles of music.  At the age of 19 he started the conservatorium and graduated in 2007.

Peter's musical experiences and his education have enabled to become a competent teacher and a talented drummer.  Today Peter is a member of different groups (formations) and he plays drums for several choirs including: Newday, Soulwat, Spring and.. he has now joined René Wingelaar's band: The Real Music Revival.
