Magic Freddy is the only muscian in the band who changed his name when he became an artist.

In 2004 he replaced the pianist, Henk-Jan Velvis in the Nickels and Dimes band. Unlike his predecessor, Magic Freddy also enjoys producing the Hammond sound on his Nord keyboard.

Before joining Nickels & Dimes,  Magic Feddy was a member of several bands, including "The Harry Shakers" and "Veevervoer."

He was inspired by  pianist Roy Bittan (Bruce Springsteen's E-street band), and he has been influenced by many others like Billy Joel and Elton John.Magic Freddy sings background vocals on some of songs during live-performances. 

Beside playing in The Real Music Revival, Magic Freddy joined The Bruceband since 2011.
